Kozlowski Lindsey A. Kozlowski completed her undergraduate studies at New York University where she earned bachelor's degrees in urban design and architectural studies as well as psychology. She then earned her masters degree in architecture at Pratt Institute in New York. Her first architectural experience was with BFJ Planning, a Perkins Eastman subsidiary. There she worked on residential waterfront development along the Hudson River. Lindsey then began opening up her architectural experience, working independently in New York City. By 2012, she joined ICOM Architects in Hoboken, NJ. Osvaldo "Ozzy" Martinez graduated from the New York Institute of Technology in 1986 with a bachelor's degree in architecture. He began his professional career working on residential waterfront development for Port Liberte in Jersey City, NJ. Soon after, he became a licensed architect and he opened his own firm under the name ICOM Architects in Hoboken, NJ. Throughout the years, Ozzy has worked with thousands of clients in the New York Metropolitan area.
